



The boarding program is presented in three stages :
Preparation : CANU sits with you to define your needs and your expectations, prepares you to embody the change and to personalize you boarding experience. Your team then integrates the fundamentals in the attitude of a champion through a workshop that links the process to the values of your organization.
Boarding : You board the model. Your team boards on real canoes in order to take on a challenge devised with respect to your business’ goals. This experience is supervised, secure and personalized, permitting each person to assess their contribution to the boats glide and to physically and psychologically feel their impact on the group’s performance. It’s the real take off point of a change in attitude and in actions, and the experience on the water is fully documented. A camera follows the participants while they are on the water and during the debriefing. The video document will be used as a reference for the following steps of the program.
Embracing : To support your team while it is embracing change, video viewing sessions and team discussions are organized to make the link with the experiences you lived on the water. The boarding is already generating benefits in your company and CANU accompanies you in the development of your methods and processes in order for a culture of champions to endure within your company.
