MAXIME BOILARD

The Olympian Maxime Boilard along with his team invest their time to help clients achieve an Olympic level performance on an organizational level while reaching fulfillment on an individual basis.

Maxime comes equipped with a frame of reference that is anchored in the realities of an athlete and also those of a business person. Maxime grows by continually questioning the limits of human potential. How does one ensure that performance objectives always serve to improve the individual as opposed to hinder development? Maxime is recognized for his creativity. He plays with words, likes to laugh and to make others laugh. New perspectives spark his curiosity. He will often see opportunities when others identify limitations.

Maxime is the founder of CANU. Speaking engagements as well leadership and management consulting nourish his passion for people and organizational excellence.
