My story
The identity transformation experienced by Maxime Boilard in his transition from Olympic athlete to entrepreneur contains the DNA of his professional mission: how to achieve the highest levels of performance while having a rich human experience on a daily basis?
Since 2007, the Olympian and integral development coach has been accelerating the development of teams experiencing strategic changes by stimulating awareness of achieving results, deploying energy in collective dynamics, the impact of each individual and individual responsibilities.
Maxime encourages people to leave the comfort of the dock for a unifying and visual reflection in order to better understand their needs as leaders at the heart of the organization.
Maxime has been carrying the CANU torch since 2007 and acts as a speaker and coach in management and leadership.
