The 5 precepts of caring and high-performing teams
Business results and well-being can coexist.
We generate an experience that bridges company results to human well-being by empowering the team members to be accountable for both.

Whether you come to us to better understand each other, to be more cohesive as a team, to take care of the team and celebrate or to propel yourselves to your next level, you will experience the highest level of personalization.

Our contributions facilitate the development of stronger self-awareness as well as a better understanding of the team and the organization.
Here are the 5 precepts:
1. The story that plays out in my head conditions my experience
2. Everyone has a valid and incomplete perspective
3. Everyone always does their best with what they understood to be most important at that time.
4. When I am caught up in my role, I am no longer serving the common good.
5. You cannot impose yourself on others without possibly paying a price.
Potential impacts on your team:
Finally access to all collective intelligence
More fluidity between you so that your energy is used to carry out your mission rather than managing human issues
The ability to observe yourself, name and change the ways of being that stand in the way of achieving common purpose for yourself and others
Talk to the person concerned when you are experiencing an issue
Let communication serve to understand each other rather than convince each other
Customer testimonial - workshop package
"Our team was facing a dual challenge: anxiety caused by returning to the office following the pandemic, as well as anxiety related to public speaking. Maxime's two-part intervention allowed our employees to develop tools to better cope with these two situations, in addition to making them realize the value and richness of their workplace."
The positive effect of using the 5 precepts is still felt today, particularly in our Teams meetings. We are careful before attributing intentions to colleagues, especially if the supposed intentions could be bad. Personally, I mainly use the 1st precept: the story that plays out in my head conditions my experience. In short, our team is more united, people trust each other more, and opinions are more freely expressed, to the benefit of all.
