Team Performance

On water experience

Ideal conference for groups, whether teams or groups and associations of various companies.

This conference lays a new foundation for transforming your approach to partnerships. In a visual, inspiring, and unifying way, I'll take you through the canoe metaphor to help you rethink the meaning of collaborating with your partners!

When you're in the same boat, you realize how much the success of each stakeholder depends on the success of the whole. Paddling together produces better results and requires less energy than paddling with all your might. To achieve this, you need to be clear about the direction, the pace, everyone's roles, and, above all, feel like you're making progress. It becomes essential to focus your attention on the elements over which you have control.

Available in the following formulas:

- Conference 45 to 90 minutes (awareness, introduction)

- One-day or half-day workshop with return to the company (action plan to integrate the concepts)

- Team experience on the water

- Support in team coaching (training to transform your partnerships or in the management committee)

Here are some potential goals for your business:

  • Leaving the comfort of the dock: what does that mean for us now?

  • Make visible the limits of every man for himself in his own things and the elements over which you have no control

  • Platform comfort: what does it mean to us now?

  • Name the challenges inherent in increased collaboration: loss of a certain amount of control, insecurity, slowing down to speed up

  • Clarify the level of clarity regarding the vision for all stakeholders

Keywords: collaboration, teamwork, transformation, mobilization, partnership, leadership, followership

Customer testimonial - conference package

We loved our time with Maxime Boilard, particularly because of his energy, his attentiveness, and his ease as a communicator. He inspired us to continue our reflection on the issues in our environment and was able to make us aware of certain roles we can play as agents of change.

Even a few months later, employees are still referring to images from the conference about their position in our organization. I really appreciated the time spent preparing the conference to better understand our reality and needs. This made a big difference for the audience. This made employees feel more involved and were able to engage with the conference. Regardless of their role, we are all in this together and need to know how to weather the storm!
