The founder retake the presidency
In 2010, after having been at the head of the company for nearly 10 years, the leader steps away from the presidency, leaving to the new president a rich and promising team, but with lots of work in terms of structure and organization. Two years later, Pyxis is well structured and organized, but the team members are looking for direction. The president steps down and the founder comes back.
Challenges
A return that raises many questions: Is it a permanent return? What will the impact be? Where are we going?
A leader who must develop new reflexes: Be the bearer of the meaning of the company while respecting the structures;
A leader who has to build his management team while the members have been in place for less than 6 months.
Needs
Reposition the leader who becomes president again;
Giving meaning back to the company;
Reassure team members and convey a message of consistency and stability;
Present the leader's vision and allow team members to position themselves in relation to it;
Take the pulse of the team;
Bring together the conditions for success to commit to the vision.

Our mandate
Supporting the leader and his team in this turning point for the organization
the team members were invited to revisit their relationship with the organization and embark on this pivotal moment for Pyxis.

The second phase of the mandate aimed to materialize the vision in everyday life. The goal to strengthen Pyxis' partnerships with its customers and allow each team member and business partner to feel the impact of their role on the success of their organizations. What if after all we were all on the same boat? What would become possible?

“ Working with Pyxis is an intense humain experience. Rarely does a company invest so much in the development of its employees and it shows both in their ability to express themselves and in the communication of the mission. To me, Pyxis embodies the modern evolution of the business model. A place where figures are the service of the vision, in a human and stimulating environment. ”

Two phases
Approach used for this collaboration
01
Taking back the presidency & building the management team.
In order to properly prepare for the workshop marking the founder's return as resident, we held three preparatory meetings with him. The first meeting was aimed at gathering information: the history of the company, the specific context, the expectations and the pitfalls to be avoided.
The second meeting was to present a scenario to the leader and adjust it with him to ensure that it meets his needs. The third meeting aimed to do a general practice to ensure fluidity in the program and also to offer support to the leader in order to optimize the coherence of the team session. The rendering of the process was shared with the participants in a very colorful and interactive way using graphic recording and video montages.
02
Materializing the vision daily in partnership with the clients.
In line with the vision of the leader who advocates collaboration and the presence of the client at the heart of the projects, we have opted for an innovative approach where our client's client is part of the program.
In the preparatory sessions with the leader, we scripted the water event accordingly. Individual follow-ups were then carried out with each client who participated in the program and a report was given to the leader, presenting avenues for developing partnerships.

This second phase of the collaboration also allowed the leader to take the pulse of his team a few months later.
